"Rodina Holding" JSC is 100% private joint-stock company. It was registered as joint-stock company in 1995 in line with the privatization procedures of Rodina state-owned company, having 40 years experience in production of ready-made clothing, designated for export. In the beginning of 2004 it was reorganized as Holding and at present it has 3 affiliates:

"Rodina Popovo" Ltd. – ladies’ ready-made clothing, designated for export and proprietary mark “Radina”
"Rodina Solar - Engineering" Ltd. - – construction, technical maintenance, alternative energy
"Rodina Агро" Ltd. – organic farming; freezing fruits and vegetables
