Holding is managed by the General meeting of shareholders and the Board of directors in strategic aspect and by managers of the affiliates and directorates of the holding in operative aspect. Adopted method of management is through cooperation in very good management coordination and agreement performance on all hierarchical levels. Approximately 1000 skilled specialists are employed in holding’s companies, out of whom: 1 – philosophy doctor; 56 – graduates with master degree; 630 – with secondary technical and secondary specialized education.
